I went to the hair salon for the first time on Wednesday and I felt like I was in good hands! I booked an appointment with Andy online. I had a haircut and plucked my eyebrows. Andy's advice was very good and the implementation was perfect! I'm done with my haircut very satisfied. Eyebrows were plucked immediately after the haircut and was also very professional.

My review has already been removed twice, but since I have rarely experienced such outrageous behavior, I would like to strongly advise against it a third time; to visit this hairdresser.
! I had made an appointment to bleach my roots and asked the hairdresser to use olaplex. The roots were bleached and the color had to be washed out twice because the trainee couldn't get it right the first time. In between I sat alone and freezing at the sink for at least 20 minutes. Then came the shock: despite the tint, the roots were very yellowish and because the lady hadn't used olaplex, a lot of my hair broke off. She then called her boss, to whom I explained the problem. She was totally unreasonable and finally asked me to leave the salon. I have never experienced anything like this, I go to the hairdresser regularly every 6 weeks and I know that such a result is unacceptable. But then having to leave the store is just catastrophic. This has nothing to do with a service at all! Unfortunately you can't give zero stars!
Was there spontaneously on Saturday, both employees were super nice and intervened with me for once and Melanie quickly remedied my mishap. Afterwards I was really happy about this wonderful experience :)
